Dallas Community College District is hosting the second annual Heroes Run 5K at Eastfield College, 3737 Motley Drive on Saturday, June 22nd from 8 am – 12 pm honoring all first responders – first in, last out!
Registration is discounted until June 14th at just $25, after that it goes up to $35, and proceeds help support DCCCD students suffering from food insecurity. Each registrant gets a run t-shirt and first responders, current military and veterans will also receive a free commemorative gift. To help celebrate, come out dressed up like your favorite hero, whether it be Superman, or your favorite firefighter or military member...it's a family fun event, with lots of activities to engage and educate you about safety while honoring our first responders.
