Man Arrested for Trespassing at Church after Telling Kids Santa's Not Real

Cleburne City leaders added security for the Sunday night Christmas parade after a small protest outside a church Saturday. Specifically, a man shouting at children and their parents that Santa is not real.

Police charged Aaron Urbanski, 31, of Joshua, with Class B criminal trespass. Johnson County Justice of the Peace Judge Jeff Monk set Urbanski’s bond at $1,500.

Officials were fearful that Urbanski and his fellow protesters might make another appearance so they beefed up security to ensure the safety of Santa and Mrs. Claus during Cleburne’s Christmas parade.
