Massachusetts-based World Against Toys Causing Harm, or W.A.T.C.H., unveiled its 46th annual list of the "worst toys" Tuesday at Franciscan Children's Hospital in Boston. These are toys that represent choking, eye, and other safety hazards.

- VTech's caterpillar-shaped electronic xylophone
- NERF Nitron Vortex Blaster
- Stomp Rocket
- "Fruit Cutting" sets
- Power Rangers Sword
- Black Panther "slash claw"
