45yr old guy threatens to kill an 11yr old that beat him at FORTNITE

Last week, a law firm reported that "Fortnite" and other popular games are now cited in 5% of divorces.  And now, there's THIS . . .

There's a 45-year-old guy named Michael Aliperti in Huntington, New York, on Long Island.  And on Monday night, he was playing "Fortnite" on his Xbox when he lost to an 11-year-old boy.

And Michael WENT NUTS.  He started threatening to KILL the kid . . . including one message where he said he would shoot him, quote, "possibly at his school."

That was enough for the kid and his parents to get the cops involved, and Michael was arrested about five hours later for second-degree aggravated harassment and acting in a manner to injure a child.

He pleaded not guilty yesterday . . . his attorney argued that it wasn't a real threat and, quote, "salty language is a two-way street and it's normal behavior in the gaming community."
