A 43-year-old guy named Juan Jose Vidrio Bibriesca was in court in Eagle, Colorado last week for a drug charge.
And when it was his turn in front of the judge, he took off his hat to be polite.
But when he did that . . . his bag of COCAINE fell out and landed on the ground.
So now Juan is facing two new charges, for narcotics possession and violating his bond.
DOH!!!!
