BRAIN TUMOR PATIENT SHAMED FOR LEGALLY USING HANDICAPPED PARKING

A student at the University of Kentucky was parked legally in a handicapped spot with her placard showing, and someone stuck nasty messages all over her car because they saw her walk away and decided she wasn't really handicapped.  Actually, she's doing radiation treatments for a brain tumor.  Her name is Lexi Baskin. She was only away from her car for an hour and a half.  Whoever put up the signs had to see the car, go home and compose the nasty messages, print them up with graphics, and then come back and tape them on every window of the car.
