PLAYBOY gets its first transgender Playmate next month, when 26-year-old INES RAU graces the centerfold. But it's not her first time in the magazine. She was featured three years ago in an issue on non-binary genders.

And she's not the first transgender woman to appear in "Playboy". That would be actress CAROLINE COSSEY, who posed for an issue in 1981, back when she was in the Bond flick "For Your Eyes Only". She was OUTED by a tabloid a year later.
But Ines is the first transgender to get the centerfold. She'll be in the November issue . . . the one with HUGH HEFNER on the cover.
But Ines says, quote, "It's a salvation to speak the truth about yourself, whether it's your gender, sexuality, whatever. The people who reject you aren't worth it. It's not about being loved by others; it's about loving yourself."
I think she's stunning, I would never guess....her pics are pretty amazing
