If you picture Colorado as this WEED PARADISE . . . well, this isn't going to change your mind.
A woman named Mandi Shepard from Denver went to her car after work on Sunday and she saw a SCRATCH on the back bumper.
And she also found a little bag on her left side mirror with three things inside:
1. A note that said, quote, "Hey I am very sorry, truly. I am such a dumbass. Sorry for the scratch, man.
2. $40 cash.
3. And half a JOINT.
Mandi says she's going to use the money to pay to buff out the scratch, but she's not sure what to do with the joint. Quote, "I'm not a smoker, I'm a runner."
